Julia Lieberman, LCSW
Lieberman Counseling Services
People want to find meaning and direction in their lives. Yet, sometimes this can be obscured by intrusive thoughts, whether from stress, anxiety and/or depression which, in turn, can result in behaviors that keep people from living their most fulfilled life. Julia's passion is helping people live more meaningful lives.
Clinical Orientation
Julia's therapeutic approach is collaborative, focusing on the individual and their unique needs in order to build confidence. Her therapy is built on the foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), as well as acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) techniques.

She has a broad experience helping with people who have trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, self-esteem, life transitions, and substance use disorders. Although Julia offers services to all ages, she primarily works with patients from 16 to 30 years old.
